Sri Lanka, July 3 -- The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) informed court that attorney Rakhitha Rajapakshe, Samagi Jana Balawegaya former Horana organiser Charith Abeysinghe, and former Director of the Civil Aviation Authority and Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka, Aruna Sri Chathuranga - who were arrested over allegations of soliciting and receiving a Rs. 120 million bribe from the wife of an organised criminal to facilitate him - had travelled to Dubai and received the money there.

The Commission further told court that former Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe was also in Dubai at the time the suspects travelled there to obtain the bribe money, as revealed during the investigations.
