Sri Lanka, April 18 -- The temporary relief provided to petrol vehicles allowing fuel purchases without a QR code will end tonight (18) at midnight, according to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.

Following this deadline, the QR system will be reinstated.

This concession was introduced on the 11th for the festive season, allowing petrol vehicle owners to obtain fuel without scanning a code until tonight.
