Sri Lanka, Sept. 27 -- A proposal to grant a fuel subsidy for the next three months will be submitted for Cabinet approval tomorrow (28), President Anura Kumara Dissanayake says.

The President made these remarks while addressing the 'Vasara Dekai - Ratata Subhai' public rally held in Gampaha today (27).

President Dissanayake further noted that this step is being taken with the objective of providing relief to the public, adding that relevant further measures will be taken promptly once Cabinet approval is granted.
