Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- Secretary to the President Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, who came to meet the Buddhist monks taking part in the Nidahase Pada Yathra, has left again after asking for ten minutes.

The President's Secretary said "give me ten minutes" and went back inside the Presidential Secretariat, the monks present at the location said.
