Sri Lanka, Nov. 3 -- Former Energy Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka was summoned to appear before the Presidential Commission investigating the coal deal tomorrow (04).

Statements were obtained from around 20 individuals so far regarding this incident, and the commission expects to hand over its final report to the President in the first week of upcoming December.

The official term of this commission is scheduled to end on the 16th of December.
