Sri Lanka, Feb. 26 -- Secretary General of Parliament Kushani Rohanadeera announced that Parliament is set to convene from March 3 to March 6, 2026.

This schedule was finalised during a recent meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business, chaired by Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.

On Tuesday, March 3, the morning session will begin with formal parliamentary business followed by a session for oral questions and queries under Standing Order 27(2).

Between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM, the House will debate a regulation under the Foreign Exchange Act as published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 2467/67. The day will conclude with an adjournment motion proposed by the Opposition.
