Sri Lanka, Oct. 30 -- The no-confidence motion submitted by the opposition against the Speaker will not be taken up for debate on the 3rd of November, says Leader of the House Minister Bimal Rathnayake.

That is due to the failure to amend the relevant no-confidence motion in accordance with parliamentary standing orders and hand it over before the 28th of October.
