SriLanka, March 27 -- A cable car project can be implemented in the National Namal Uyana area, and officials can execute many such programs. Ven. Wanawasi Rahula Thera, the founder of the site, stated that relevant officials should work toward such projects instead of just remaining in their seats.

These remarks were made during an event yesterday (26th) at the Presidential Secretariat, where President Anura Kumara Dissanayake declared National Namal Uyana a 'National Heritage of Sri Lanka' under the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs.
