Sri Lanka, Oct. 7 -- Former Krrish company director Janaki Siriwardena and Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa were further remanded until October 16 by Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today in connection with the alleged Krrish deal.

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption filed a progress report in Court when the case was called.

An investigating officer from CIABOC stated that a statement was recorded from an accountant at Krrish Transworks Corporation (Pvt) Ltd.

The accountant revealed that payments were made outside standard procedure to an account belonging to Nimal Perera starting in 2012.
