Sri Lanka, Sept. 15 -- Former Member of Parliament Indika Anuruddha stated that Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) National Organiser Namal Rajapaksa was solely responsible for changing the perspective and approach of Member of Parliament Ramanathan Archchuna.

Speaking at an SLPP media briefing today (15), the former parliamentarian questioned the sudden transformation in MP Archchuna's recent conduct and parliamentary speeches. Anuruddha asserted that Namal Rajapaksa brought about this change, drawing a comparison to how Mahinda Rajapaksa previously integrated figures such as Pillayan and Karuna Amman into mainstream politics to develop their respective home regions.
