Sri Lanka, Oct. 22 -- Landslide warnings were issued for Badulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Kegalle, Ratnapura, Colombo, Kalutara, Kurunegala, and Monaragala districts for the next 24 hours.

The National Building Research Organisation issued these warnings, and people in the relevant areas were advised to remain vigilant.
