Sri Lanka, Sept. 3 -- Koralagamage Mandinu Padmasiri Perera alias 'Kehelbeddara Padme', detained under the Prevention of Terrorism Act by the Criminal Investigation Department, faced a remand order until the 17th issued by Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today (03).

Submissions from the Criminal Investigation Department preceded this order when the relevant case was called.

The suspect connected to the incident appeared in court via Zoom from Boossa Prison.

Investigation officers requested further remand for the suspect as ongoing investigations continue.
