Sri Lanka, April 11 -- Member of Parliament Kabir Hashim was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya party for the year 2026.

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, as the leader of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, made this appointment yesterday (10).
