Sri Lanka, July 16 -- July 27 to 31 stands declared as Integrity Week to implement the national mission "An Honest Culture - A Clean Sri Lanka" aimed at creating an upright public service.

A circular signed by Secretary to the President Dr Nandika Sanath Kumanayake went out to all government institutions to implement this program in conjunction with the Clean Sri Lanka national initiative.

The Presidential Media Division announced that the program operates to achieve the government's primary goal of establishing an exemplary administrative structure.

The initiative also aims to set up the necessary background to create self-disciplined public servants who provide a pleasant service.
