Sri Lanka, July 27 -- Facilitating timely and smooth issuance of visas to all Sri Lankans remains standing policy, according to a press note issued by the High Commission of India in Colombo. Sri Lanka stands as one of many countries whose citizens can avail of the E-visa facility for travel to India, while those choosing to apply at the High Commission must apply online and submit applications to Indian Consular Application Centres located in Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna, Hambantota, and Batticaloa.
