Sri Lanka, May 19 -- The Indian Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, arrived in the island last night (18) for a three-day official visit, the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) informed.

The SLAF said the Indian Air Force Chief visited the Indian Peace Keeping Force Memorial in Battaramulla this morning (19) and paid floral tributes. The SLAF added that the visit of the delegation is scheduled until May 21.

The Air Force stated that the Indian Air Force Chief was then received with a ceremonial guard of honour at the Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters.
