Sri Lanka, May 31 -- The Hiru Uttama Dhatu Vandana exposition commenced following the arrival of the authentic Kapilavastu relics and the sacred alms bowl of the Lord Buddha at the historic Mahiyanganaya Temple premises, under the guidance of Hiru Media Network Chairman Rayynor Silva.

Devotees gathered at the sacred site chanted sadhu, filling the temple grounds with veneration as organisers placed the authentic Kapilavastu relics inside the specially constructed chamber.

Thousands of devotees from all across the island continue to arrive at the venue to witness this rare spiritual event.
