Sri Lanka, Aug. 23 -- The government hopes to properly regulate the driving of three-wheelers, Deputy Minister of Vocational Education Nalin Hewage says.

The Deputy Minister stated that a proposal was made to raise the minimum age limit for driving a three-wheeler to 40 years.

He further pointed out that the government expects to regulate the field under a proper mechanism, controlling school leavers entering the three-wheeler profession.
