Sri Lanka, March 19 -- The Sri Lanka Shippers' Council has raised urgent concerns over the growing challenges faced by exporters and importers due to the ongoing fuel shortage in the country.
"It is critical to ensure the movement of logistics vehicles that transport cargo between factories, warehouses, container yards and ports. Fuel shortages affecting trucks and other cargo transport vehicles are causing delays in the movement of goods, which could potentially impact shipment schedules and Sri Lanka's reliability as a trading partner in the global market," said Trisherman Frink.
