Sri Lanka, March 3 -- Fuel supplies are currently stabilizing across the country, according to Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) Chairman D.J. Rajakaruna. Providing an update on the current distribution status, the Chairman noted that significant volumes of fuel were released early today to meet demand.

Between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM this morning, the CPC issued the following quantities:

Auto Diesel: 415,740 liters

92 Octane Petrol: 481,800 liters

95 Octane Petrol: 39,600 liters

The Corporation continues to monitor the distribution network to ensure a steady supply to all filling stations following recent concerns over availability.
