Sri Lanka, April 20 -- The Colombo Magistrate's Court ordered the release of former Minister Piyasene Gamage on bail after he was taken into custody by the Bribery Commission on suspicion of corruption.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama issued the order after considering the facts presented by officials from the Bribery Commission and the legal counsel representing the suspect.
