Sri Lanka, Sept. 15 -- Former Commander of the Air Force Air Chief Marshal Donald Perera has arrived at the Financial Crimes Investigation Division to record a statement regarding the controversial MiG aircraft transaction.

The development follows similar proceedings involving other high-profile military and political figures in connection with the ongoing investigation. Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and former Commander of the Air Force Marshal of the Air Force Roshan Goonetileke previously appeared before the division to provide statements regarding the matter.
