Sri Lanka, July 23 -- Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath met US Secretary of State Marco Rubio during the side conference of the 33rd Asian Regional Forum held in Manila, Philippines.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that a discussion was held regarding further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.

Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath also met Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during this visit.
