Sri Lanka, Oct. 22 -- Flood risks threaten low-lying regions along the Kala Oya valley, according to an alert issued by the Irrigation Department.

Residents residing in low-lying areas near Kala Oya across the Rajangane, Nochchiyagama, Vanathavilluwa, and Karuwalagaswewa Divisional Secretariat Divisions need to remain vigilant regarding this situation.
