Sri Lanka, Oct. 30 -- The naval and fishing communities were advised to refrain from sailing in a specific sea area until further notice due to the impact of the depression in the Andaman Sea area.

Accordingly, the Department of Meteorology instructed to refrain from sailing to the sea area between North Latitudes 10 and 15 and East Longitudes 80 and 90.
