SriLanka, April 4 -- Fish prices decreased because the harvest declined due to fishermen limiting sea trips during the current intense hot weather.

Peliyagoda Central Fish Market Trade Association President Jayasiri Wickramarachchi stated that the price of every type of fish fell at this time.

He further mentioned that a kilogram of fish currently sells between Rs. 800 and Rs. 1500.
