Sri Lanka, July 8 -- The final rites for Welikada Prison Chief Jailor S.H.G Chandravansha, who died during a clash at the Negombo Prison, are scheduled to take place at the Talahena public cemetery tomorrow afternoon.

The remains were brought from the Velikada Prison to a private funeral parlour in the Talahena area this afternoon.

Following the military honours paid by prison officials, the body remains placed at the funeral parlour.
