Sri Lanka, Sept. 25 -- The Hulftsdorp Magistrate's Court today (25) ordered the father of major drug trafficker Shiran Basik to be further remanded until October 8.

The order was issued when the case against him was taken up for hearing today.

According to ongoing investigations into the incident, steps have also been taken to name Sampath Aththatage as a suspect in the case.

Furthermore, the court issued a travel ban against Sampath Aththatage.
