Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- Drivers on expressways are advised to switch on headlights due to dark conditions caused by prevailing bad weather. The Road Development Authority informed motorists of the instruction.

Maintaining distance between vehicles and following instructions displayed on electronic signboards were also requested by the authority.
