DA services resumed following tech glitch
Sri Lanka, May 19 -- Document attestation services, temporarily suspended due to a technical error in the Electronic Document Attestation System (e-DAS), resumed at a limited level. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism states that operations are being restored gradually.
According to the statement, services at the Consular Affairs Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Battaramulla are currently returning to normalcy.
Technical teams work to bring the system to full capacity as soon as possible. However, the ministry notes that rendering services might take more time than usual due to the prevailing limited nature of the system.
