Sri Lanka, Oct. 14 -- Sri Lanka Customs has achieved its revenue target of Rs. 2,207 billion for 2026 as of October 13, recording total revenue of Rs. 2,208 billion by that date.

In 2025, Customs achieved its revenue target of Rs. 2,115 billion on November 11. Although the revenue target for 2026 was higher than that of the previous year, Customs has managed to achieve it in a shorter period.

After achieving its original revenue target in 2025, Customs revised the target upwards to Rs. 2,231 billion. By the end of that year, it had exceeded even the revised target, collecting a substantial Rs. 2,557.5 billion in revenue.
