Sri Lanka, Sept. 15 -- Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasena issued notices ordering the Director of the Colombo National Hospital to appear in court on September 22nd to show cause for failing to submit a report on the health condition of former State Intelligence Service Chief Suresh Sallay and failing to provide reports to the five-member medical board.
