Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- The Court of Appeal today ordered the complaint filed by the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court against former Ministers Wimal Weerawansa, Udaya Gammanpila, Member of Parliament Dilith Jayaweera and others for allegedly committing contempt of court to be called again on the 19th of this month.

The complaint was called today before a bench led by Court of Appeal President Judge Rohantha Abeysuriya.

The President Judge stated that copies of the case file before the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court relevant to the complaint were not received so far.

The bench mentioned that necessary orders were issued to call for those copies.
