Sri Lanka, July 23 -- The Court of Appeal today (23) ordered the dismissal without taking into consideration the writ application filed requesting an order to postpone the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination scheduled to be held in August.

The Court of Appeal issued this order announcing its verdict today following extensive consideration of facts regarding the writ application.

The writ was submitted by a group of students appearing for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination for the first time and second time this year.
