Sri Lanka, Oct. 12 -- The Maligakanda Magistrate's Court rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by former First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa, requesting an order to prevent her arrest.

The magistrate issued this order after considering the relevant petition, according to the court correspondent.
