Sri Lanka, Oct. 19 -- The Court of Appeal ordered the recall of the complaint presented by the Fort Magistrate's Court against a group including former ministers Wimal Weerawansa, Udaya Gammanpila, and Member of Parliament Dilith Jayaweera, alleging contempt of court on the 23rd.

This complaint was called today before a judges' bench led by Court of Appeal President Judge Rohantha Abeysuriya.

Considering the facts presented there, the judges' bench ordered that this petition be heard on the 23rd.
