Sri Lanka, Sept. 18 -- The Court of Appeal announced that the order regarding a writ application filed by Member of Parliament Dilith Jayaweera, requesting an order to invalidate a complaint presented against him before the Fort Magistrate's Court alleging contempt of court, will be announced on the 30th of this month.

The court issued this order after the relevant petition was considered today before a three-judge Court of Appeal bench led by Court of Appeal President Judge Rohantha Abeysuriya.
