Sri Lanka, Aug. 16 -- A special audit team was appointed under President's directives to inquire into financial irregularities at the Divisional Secretariats of Nuwara Eliya District, Nuwara Eliya District Development Committee Chairman and Nuwara Eliya District Member of Parliament Manjula Suraweeraarachchi said.
