Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- The All-Share Price Index of the Colombo Stock Exchange closed at 21,133.41 after losing 128.72 points.

The S&P SL20 index ended at 5,947.29 points following an 29.38-point loss.

Turnover totalled 1.6 billion rupee
