Sri Lanka, Sept. 29 -- The Court of Appeal today issued an arrest warrant for Venerable Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera after he failed to appear in court.

The bench directed the Inspector General of Police to execute the warrant immediately and mandated that the Thero be produced before the court on October 1.
