Sri Lanka, July 20 -- Applications were called from qualified individuals by the Constitutional Council to recommend candidates for existing and upcoming vacancies in the member positions of the National Police Commission.

The application form for this was published on the Sri Lanka Parliament website (www.parliament.lk).

Director of Parliamentary Communications Samantha Maelawaarachchi notified that the completed applications, prepared according to the format provided under the quick link named 'Recommendation to the membership of the National Police Commission', must be submitted on or before July 31.
