Sri Lanka, July 27 -- Providing a solution to the problematic situation that had arisen regarding the Kavadi dance in the annual Esala procession of the Devinuwara Upulvan Sri Vishnu Maha Devala, it was decided to permit all 45 Kavadi dance groups that joined the procession last year to participate this time too.
