Sri Lanka, July 31 -- Three individuals aged 20, 25, and 26 from Dagonna and Kibulapitiya in Negombo were arrest in connection with setting fire to a container and causing property damage following a road incident.

According to the Police, the road incident which led to the vandalism happened when two motorcyclists travelling at high speed toward Negombo crashed into a container lorry turning across the road in Bolawalana between the second and third posts on the Negombo-Minuwangoda road.

Authorities recovered and seized another abandoned motorcycle in the area.

The victims who died in the collision were two residents of Dagonna in Negombo aged 18 and 20.
