Sri Lanka, Sept. 2 -- The Department of Examinations has announced the release of the results for the 2026 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination.

The examination, held on the 9th of August, saw a total of 294,089 candidates sitting for the test. This figure includes 220,366 applicants who sat the examination in the Sinhala medium and 73,723 applicants in the Tamil medium.
