Sri Lanka, April 15 -- 13 individuals sustained injuries following a severe road incident in Eheliyagoda town tonight (15), police reports confirm.

The collision occurred when a driver lost control of a motor vehicle, leading to a chain reaction involving several other vehicles on the road.

Authorities stated that the car struck a motorcycle, three three-wheelers, and two additional motor vehicles.

Emergency responders transported the injured parties to the Eheliyagoda Hospital for immediate medical treatment.
