Sri Lanka, Sept. 6 -- The 103rd historical Seruwila procession paraded the streets last night (05) as a homage to the Seruwila Mangala Maha Seya.

The opening ceremony of the procession was held under the patronage of the Buddhist Clergy, including the Chief Monk of the Sri Kalyaniwansa Sabha of the Sri Lanka Amarapura sect and Chief Incumbent of the Devinuwara Sri Parama Vichitrarama Ancient Temple, Most Venerable Dr Dewinuwara Siri Sunandabhidhana Thera.
