Sri Lanka, Aug. 25 -- Koralagamage Mandinu Pathmasiri Perera, alias 'Kehelbaddara Padme,' who was detained and interrogated under the Prevention of Terrorism Act in the custody of the Criminal Investigation Department, was ordered to be remanded until the 03rd by Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today (25).

The court issued this order following the representation of facts made by the Criminal Investigation Department regarding the incident.

The suspect was brought to court by the Criminal Investigation Department today (25) under heavy security.

Submitting facts to the court regarding the incident, investigation officers stated that charges were framed against this suspect under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
