India, Sept. 21 -- An alleged incident of harassment has surfaced, purportedly from Bihar's Jamui, through a video that has gone viral on social media, showing a young woman and a man who appear to be confronted and harassed by a group of people at night. Taking cognisance of the matter, Bihar Police responded to the video on X.

Social media posts claim the incident took place in Jamui. HT hasn't independently verified the location, time, authenticity and the circumstances leading up to what is seen in the video.

However, the disturbing visuals have prompted calls for police action against whoever is responsible for the incident.
