India, Oct. 3 -- Facial ageing is not limited to changes in skin quality. Changes in facial volume, tissue laxity and the overall shape of the face can also affect how someone looks as they age. In a September 10 Instagram post, Dr Amir M Karam, a California-based plastic surgeon, outlined some of the principles he follows when approaching facial rejuvenation.
