Kolkata, March 21 -- West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday released the Trinamool Congress's (TMC) manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections, detailing 10 key pledges focused on welfare expansion, job creation, infrastructure development and economic growth.
